When am I charged? 

You are charged once you sign up. You will be charged the same day the following month. 

Can I discontinue my membership? 

Yes. We need notice in writing with your full name, email. 

Can I have a refund?

No. We can only cancel future billing periods. We do not process any refunds. 

I need help with my account or password?

Please reach out to the support team on our contact page. 

Are there additional charges other than my subscription cost? 

No. 

How do I receive content? 

You will instantly have access to our content vault, where you can customize and then download content. 

Will you post on social media for me? 

No. It is up to the user to customize each template and post directly to their own account.
